Who we are

Solet is a product of Run Agent Orchestration Corporation, a corporation incorporated in Canada. That company is responsible for the personal information described on this page, and it is who you are contacting when you write to us.

The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers. Your Solet instance runs on infrastructure you control, holds its data in a database you own, and does not send us anything about your business. If you email us, we have your email address, because you sent us one.

This website

Solet.ai is a static site. It does not set cookies, it does not run analytics, and every asset it loads comes from our own domain.

• Theme preference. If you use the light and dark toggle, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is never transmitted to us and we cannot read it.
• Server logs. Our host, Netlify, records standard web server request data, which includes IP addresses, in the ordinary course of serving and protecting the site. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors, and we do not combine them with anything else.
• No advertising, ever. There is no ad network, no retargeting pixel, and no data broker involved in this site.

If you contact us

When you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply to you, and to follow up about a preview if that is what you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own purposes. Ask us to delete your details and we will, and you do not need to give a reason.

Your Solet instance

A Solet is an install, not an account on our servers. It runs on infrastructure you control, with its own database, its own memories, and its own knowledge bases. That data is yours. We have no access to it, no copy of it, and no way to reach into it.

Solet does not currently send us any information about your install or your use of it. If that ever changes, it will be opt-in, it will be documented in plain language before it ships, and declining will remain a fully supported way to run Solet.

Your instance connects to whichever systems you configure it to connect to, such as your own CRM or data warehouse, using credentials you provide. Those connections are between your instance and those systems. They do not pass through us.

What we never do

• Sell or rent personal information.
• Run third-party trackers or advertising on this site.
• Build behavioral profiles of visitors.
• Access the contents of anyone's Solet instance.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because the only personal information we hold is what people have emailed us, this is usually a short conversation. Email us and we will handle it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and change the date at the top. If we ever make a change that materially affects what we collect, we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing the text.
