Terms of Service
Last updated 12 August 2026
Who we are
Solet is a product of Run Agent Orchestration Corporation, a corporation incorporated in Canada. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean that company.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website, solet.ai, and to beta access to Solet arranged by request. They are an agreement between you and Run Agent Orchestration Corporation. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The Solet software itself is covered separately. The free
Solet seed and the open-core components bundled with it are licensed under
the
Apache License, Version 2.0, and the full text ships in the repository alongside a
NOTICE file. Premium plugins, hosted functionality, and
commercial add-ons may carry separate license terms and are not part of the
free seed. Where a license and these terms disagree about the software, the
license governs.
Beta access
Solet is in beta. Access is granted by request, at our discretion, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw it. Features may change or disappear between releases, and things may break. That is what beta means, and we would rather say so here than surprise you later.
Acceptable use
When using this site, please do not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any system behind it.
- Interfere with its operation, or with anyone else's use of it.
- Scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or harvest addresses from it for unsolicited messages.
- Use it to do anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The Solet name, logo, and the text and design of this website belong to us. You are welcome to quote or link to the site with attribution. You may not present our brand as your own, or imply that we endorse or are affiliated with something when we are not.
Our open-source license covers the code, not the brand. The Apache License does not grant trademark rights, so the Solet name and logo remain ours even where the software is free to use. Fork it and redistribute it under the license's terms as much as you like. Just do not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, this project beyond the attribution the license itself requires.
No warranty
This site and beta access are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site or of beta access. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Links to other sites
Where we link to something we do not run, we are not responsible for its content or its practices. Their terms and their privacy policy apply once you leave here.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or out of your use of this site.
If you are a consumer somewhere with mandatory local protections, nothing here takes those away from you. They apply in addition to these terms rather than instead of them.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we do and do not collect. It is short, and the summary is that this site collects almost nothing.
